Have you been inside your CRM and wished you could access bont immediately? We hear you loud and clear - and published a Chrome Extension on the Google store for use. It’s still in early access as we tweak and add features, but reach out to sales@bont.ai for a link to the store page. A paid subscription is required to use the the extension.
The Chrome Extension works on all Chrome-based browsers, including Microsoft Edge, Brave, Arc, DuckDuckGo, and others. The extension also supports Firefox users on request.

Happy 2025! We’ve been plugging away for the past few months at optimising the pipeline review flow here at bont.
Sales leaders and managers making pipeline reviews in countless Excel spreadsheets don’t fear - we’ve unified everything for you with bont’s new pipeline review functionality.
At a glance, see and understand how each account executive’s pipeline is looking. Use a powerful workflow where account execs/sales reps first review their own deals for your review cycle, and then hand over to your team leads.
Since each organization functions differently, you also have the ability to customize your pipeline review workflows to the maximum in our configurations.
At a glance, you can also visualize the overall matrix of deals for each of your sales teams. It also helps highlight outstanding pipeline reviews.
Of course, should you ever need to export any of this to Excel, you can always press that button and get a formatted Excel file with several views.
In addition to the pipeline review, countless improvements and fixes have gone live.

The past few weeks have been spent polishing our user invite and onboarding flows 🚀 You now have the ability to create an invite link for your domain, allowing you to share it with as many new members as you like to join your organisation.

We’re excited to add three new additions to bont’s integration suite: Pipedrive, Docusign, and Microsoft Outlook!
Now bont supports the big three CRMs out there: Salesforce, Hubspot, and Pipedrive. On request, we also support Microsoft Dynamics for enterprise customers. Beyond these, we’re working to add more CRMs per demand. Reach out to us if you have any that we don’t support!
With Docusign, we’re able to add an additional critical step to deal closing process - document signing status. Be informed when your prospects view documents and have that impact your overall bont score.
Lastly, Microsoft Outlook integrations let your team connect their mailboxes and calendars with bont. Sync communication data to get alerts and next steps.

Summer is here, and we’ve got many exciting changes in store for bont to share with you! This is a big one, a combo of notifications to your inbox, Slack, Teams, and direct in bont, AND the ability to connect to Salesforce.
Now you can use Hubspot or Salesforce with bont 🎉
Notifications can be configured on the organisation level, but also by individuals. In addition to these, many smaller changes and tweaks have been made to improve the overall user experience.
We’ve also been collecting feedback and are now working on some major improvements to bont. Strap in for an exciting journey coming this August.

No Hubspot, Salesforce, or other CRM? No problem, we now have a public API to interact directly with bont available.
This release also has a major change for how contacts are matched to an organisation. With it, you no longer need to have a contact for each user in your product data to see power user data.
